The Pennsylvania Department of Education's Title I State Parent Advisory Council (SPAC) conference is designed for Title I parents of school-aged children and administrators/staff who work with parents in education programs. This Annual Parent Conference includes keynote speakers, more than 40 individual workshops, award-winning Kids Camp and networking opportunities. Act 48 hours are available for educators and administrators attending the conference.
