Prior to the Nov. 12 board meeting, there was a community forum discussing the construction project. Scott Kramer of RBC Capital presented an update on debt service regarding financing for the upcoming capital projects at the Nov. 12 meeting. Phyllis Heverly Flesher reviewed the summary of bids for the Geo-Tech selection for the middle school construction project. She recommended using Advantage Engineers for the project. The contract for Advantage Engineers for Geo-Tech services was approved at the Nov. 19 meeting.
