Support for a student's device is available one of two ways. The first way is to email firstname.lastname@example.org which will create a support ticket in the support center for the team to address. The second way is to call the support center at 717-399-1551 and have a ticket submitted. If we communicate this to the parents and/or teachers, we should indicate that they should include the name of the student, and the barcode of the device when submitting their requests.
