There are two ways to request help for technology problems and related issues during the school closure. The first way is to email email@example.com. This will create a helpdesk ticket in the Support Center where members of our Technology Department Team will be assigned to address the issue. The second way is to call the Support Center at 717-399-1551 and submit a helpdesk ticket by phone. Please include the name of the student and the barcode of the device when submitting helpdesk tickets.

- Comcast is providing access free of charge, see this link. Additionally, Comcast is providing their Essentials internet package for free through the end of April. This may take time to get schedule and setup for each family, but it is certainly an option.
