There are three ways to request help for technology problems and related issues during the school closure.
- Submit a ticket
- Email firstname.lastname@example.org. This will create a helpdesk ticket in the Support Center where members of our Technology Department Team will be assigned to address the issue.
- The second way is to call the Support Center at 717-399-1551 and submit a helpdesk ticket by phone. Please include the name of the student and the barcode of the device when submitting helpdesk tickets.
