• Helpdesk

    There are three ways to request help for technology problems and related issues during the school closure. 

    1. Submit a ticket
    2. Email helpdesk@conestogavalley.org.  This will create a helpdesk ticket in the Support Center where members of our Technology Department Team will be assigned to address the issue. 
    3. The second way is to call the Support Center at 717-399-1551 and submit a helpdesk ticket by phone.  Please include the name of the student and the barcode of the device when submitting helpdesk tickets.
