2025 Information

We’re thrilled to invite you to this year’s CV Makers Market & Vendor Fair, happening on:

Saturday, November 8, 2025
9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Conestoga Valley High School
2110 Horseshoe Road, Lancaster, PA 17601

You may set up on Friday 11/7 from 5:30pm to 7:30pm.

We'll be set up in the Rill Gym, hallways, and, if needed, the Uyeda Gym—so there’s plenty of space for creativity to shine!

What’s New & Important This Year

We’ve been working behind the scenes to make this year’s event better than ever:

  • Product Variety: To ensure a great experience (and great sales!) for everyone, we’re limiting the number of vendors selling the same types of products.
  • Application Accuracy: You may only sell the items listed on your vendor application. For example, if you register to sell plants, you may not bring tumblers or other unrelated items. This keeps things fair and balanced for all!
  • Better Visibility: We’ve added more signage for the upper gym space to help direct traffic and showcase your booth.

  • A 3% processing fee applies.

  • Shelley will call you directly from 717-951-8647 to process your payment.

  • Please note: This is the only official phone number and contact for payments. If you’re contacted by anyone else, it’s a scam.  Should another committee member call you Shelley will email or text you prior letting you know who will be calling. 

Raffle Table Donations

We’re once again featuring our fun and popular raffle table, and we kindly ask each vendor to donate an item. It’s a great way to highlight your products and engage with attendees!

Last year, we welcomed over 800 attendees, and we’re aiming to grow even more. We can’t wait to see returning vendors and welcome some new faces too. Let’s make this a day to remember!  Attached you will find the vendor show graphic for you to share.
