- Wrestling – 2000/2001 Lancaster-Lebanon League Section II All-Star (189,171); Two-time PIAA District III Tournament Qualifier (189,171); 2001: Lancaster-Lebanon League Tournament (5th), Sectional Tournament (2nd), Co-Captain, Coaches Award Recipient
- Track – 1999/2000/2001 PIAA District III Track Championships Qualifier; 2000 District III Qualifier in 100m & member of record setting 4x100m relay team; 2001 District III Qualifier in 100m/400m/4x800m relay team, Co-Captain
- 2001 Co-Recipient of Conestoga Valley Outstanding Male Athlete Award
- Attended Kutztown University for two years, earned two varsity letters in football as defensive back
- 2-time NAFL All-Star (FS); CV track coach for 6 yrs; CV football coach for 5 yrs, including 2006 Lancaster-Lebanon League Section II Championship Team

- Basketball – Captain two years; 1996-1998 CV Defensive Award; 1997-1998 Lancaster-Lebanon League Section All-Star and District III Tournament All-Star; 1998-1999 Lancaster-Lebanon League Section All-Star, Mechanicsburg Tip-Off All-Tournament Team, Selected to the Pennsylvania SportsFever Supreme Team, PA & MD All-Star; Scored 932 career points
- Field Hockey – Captain Senior Year; 1998 Offensive MVP, 1999 Coaches Award and Lancaster-Lebanon Section II All-Star
- Track – Captain two years; broke the 800 meter school record

Michael Lee Horn – Class of 1992
- Earned 3 varsity letters at Conestoga Valley in the sports of football (2) and basketball (1); earned 4 varsity letters in football and basketball prior to attending Conestoga Valley School District
- Football – Three-time Lancaster-Lebanon League Section All-Star; Two-time Lancaster-Lebanon League All-League All-Star; 4 year starter; All-State Team; Big 33 participant; Named the Lancaster-Lebanon League Offensive Lineman of the Year; Senior year was named one of the Top 33 lineman in the USA; Blocked for all-time leading rusher in school history; Helped pave the way on Lancaster-Lebanon League Section Two, District III and Eastern State Championship team.
- Basketball – Two-time Lancaster-Lebanon League Section All-Star; One year Lancaster-Lebanon All-League All-Star; Two-time Suburban Cable Player of the Week; Selected to three All-Tournament teams; Two-time Keystone Games participant; Selected to Sunny Hill All-Star Team in Philadelphia; Won a District III Championship with Manheim Township as a freshman and led team in free throw percentage (89%)
- Attended West Virginia University on full athletic scholarship for football; Earned 3 varsity letters; Named to All-Big East Team as a senior; only gave up 2 sacks during entire football career

- Attended University of Delaware – earned 3 varsity letters in baseball; 1982 East Coast Conference Champions, participated in NCAA Division I Regional Tournament; 1983 East Coast Conference Champions, Runner-Up in NCAA Division I Northeast Regional Tournament, Ranked 14th Nationally
- 1983 Drafted by Houston Astros in 23rd round; Played 3 years in Minor Leagues; Played one season in Winter League in Columbia, South America
