- Football – Three-year starter as kicker & punter; school record holder for longest field goal (44 yards); Two-time Lancaster-Lebanon League Section II All-Star
- Basketball – Four-year starter; 2004 Lancaster-Lebanon League Section II Champions; Lancaster-Lebanon League All-Star; CV’s All-Time leading scorer (1,145 points); CV’s first 1,000 point scorer
- Track – 2003 & 2004 Lancaster-Lebanon Section II Champions; school record holder in 300 intermediate hurdles (39.9); Five-time Lanc-Leb League Meet Medalist; 2003 PIAA State Qualifier
- Attended Muhlenberg College for soccer; Three-year starter as goalkeeper; 2007 NSCAA/Adidas Division III All-American; Two-year Captain; 2005 Centennial Conference Champions

Henry Clay Groff, M.D. – Class of 1975
- Earned 7 varsity letters in the sports of football (2), basketball (3) and track (2)
- Football – Played three years; starting Quarterback senior year; 1974 Lancaster-Lebanon Section I Champions with 9-1 record; First-team Lancaster New Era and Intelligencer All-Star Quarterback; 18 career touchdown passes
- Basketball – Three-year starter; played in 56 games and scored 590 career points
- Track – 1975 PIAA State Track Championships participant in two mile relay

- Wrestling – Two-time Lancaster-Lebanon League Section II 1st Team All-Star (140 lb); Three-time District III Tournament Qualifier (135-140 lb); 1999 State Qualifier (135 lb); Lancaster-Lebanon Tournament (4th & 3rd); Sectional Champion (’99); Team Co-Captain (’98 & ’99); Team MVP (’98 & ’99); Coaches Award (’97); most wins in a season with 31; school record for career wins with 96; Lancaster-Lebanon Coaches Scholarship Award
- Track – Three-time District III Track Championships Qualifier (LJ, 100m, 4x100m); member of 4x100m school record team (43.5 sec); 2000 Co-Captain; Coaches Award Recipient; 1998 Section II Team Champions
- Football – Running Back/ Inside Linebacker; 1999 CV Offensive MVP; 1999 Lancaster-Lebanon Section II Honorable Mention at running back; 1997 Lancaster-Lebanon Section II Champions; Doug Althouse Memorial Scholarship Recipient
- Attended Kent State University on partial athletic scholarship for wrestling in 2000-2001; transferred to Millersville University and was a member of the 2003-2004 NCAA-DI East Regional team champions
- Conestoga Valley wrestling coach for seven years; track and field coach for five years, four at CV, including 2010 Lancaster-Lebanon League Section II Boys Championship Team

- Basketball – 1981-1982 Most Valuable Player at Donegal Tournament; 1980-1981 member of District III and State Playoff participating team
- Track – Lettered freshman year in first meet by winning the 200m, 400m, 800m & Mile Relay; Senior-year Co-Captain; 1980 medaled in All County Meet in 400m & 800m; 1981 medaled in All County and District III Meets in Mile and Two-Mile; 1982 medaled in All County, District III and State Meets in Mile and Two-Mile; Lancaster County Two-Mile record holder for a number of years; Conestoga Valley recorder holder at one time in 200m, 400m, 800m, Mile and Two-Mile
