  • 2008 Intelligencer Journal/Lancaster New Era Athlete of the Year
  • Attended Penn State University – 2009 Cross Country MVP ; Three-time 2nd Team All-Big Ten in Cross Country ; Four-time NCAA All-Region in Cross Country ; Four-time qualifier for NCAA Cross Country
  • Member of Ten Man Team that made World Record 1000 Mile Relay Run

  • Attended James Madison University – played every game of 4-year collegiate career
  • JMU career lists: school, conference & VA state record in assists (53) ; four-time first team All-State ; two-time NSCAA All-Region first team ; NSCAA All-American third team (2010) ; 2010 team captain
  • Selected by Philadelphia Independence in the 4th round of the 2011WPS Draft

  • 1985 Big 33 Football Game Defensive Co-MVP
  • Attended Central State University in Ohio on full athletic scholarship – Freshman year he started at defensive end and played in National Championship Game
