- Basketball – 3 year starter, 1993 Senior Year Co-Captain, 1993 All-Star First Team nomination, 1993 participated n Lancaster-Lebanon League and District III Playoffs, 6th on the All-Time Scoring List at Conestoga Valley
- Softball – 1993 Section 3 All-Star Honorable Mention shortstop with a .325 batting average, 1993 participated in Lancaster-Lebanon League Playoffs – made to semifinals, 1993 participated in District III Playoffs – lost in 2nd round
- Field Hockey – 1993 Lancaster-Lebanon League All-Star Honorable Mention, 1993 CV Offensive MVP, played at Shippensburg University in 1994 – scored 4 goals in one game
- 1993 Conestoga Valley Outstanding Female Athlete Award
- 1993 National Honor Society Member, 1989-1993 Student Council Member, 1993 Homecoming Court at Conestoga Valley and 1997 Homecoming Court at Shippensburg Universtity

- Professional – Drafted 7th Round in April 2002 by Atlanta Falcons; 2002-2005 Atlanta Falcons – Played 57 games with 41 starts; 2006-2008 Cleveland Browns – Started all 32 games in first two seasons; 2009-2010 Chicago Bears; Career – Played in 132 games total and started in 93
