Requirements for Home Education Students participating in Athletics


Home-schooling Students must satisfy all school district and PIAA eligibility requirements in order to participate in athletics for the Conestoga Valley School District.  These requirements include:

  1. Student & Parent/Guardian may be required to meet with the Athletic Director & Coach prior to participation.
  2. Students must have completed a Physical Packet, which includes a PIAA-mandated CIPPE form prior to participation.
  3. Students & Parent/Guardians must submit a weekly grade sheet (located in the topic bar to the left)

Students/Parents/Guardians must adhere to all Conestoga Valley School District rules which include:

  1. Locker Room Rules
  2. Eligibility (Grades)
  3. Extracurricular & Social Eligibility Code
  4. Hazing Policy
  5. Parent/Guardian Code of Conduct

Students will utilize transportation when it is provided for other team members, but are responsible for transportation at other times.
