Requirements for Home Education Students Participating in Athletics
Home-schooling Students must satisfy all school district and PIAA eligibility requirements in order to participate in athletics for the Conestoga Valley School District. These requirements include:
- Student & Parent/Guardian may be required to meet with the Athletic Director & Coach prior to participation.
- Students must have completed a Physical Packet, which includes a PIAA-mandated CIPPE form prior to participation. https://www.conestogavalley.org/athletics/physicals

Students/Parents/Guardians must adhere to all Conestoga Valley School District rules which include:

- Locker Room Rules
- Eligibility (Grades)(Attendance)
- Extracurricular & Social Eligibility Code
- Hazing Policy
- Parent/Guardian Code of Conduct
Students will utilize transportation when it is provided for other team members, but are responsible for transportation at other times.
