Please note that Conestoga Valley is no longer collecting real estate taxes. CV has partnered with the Lancaster County Tax Collection Bureau for the collection of school real estate taxes. The CV District Office will not accept tax payments.

If you would like to pay your real estate tax bill electronically, please go to https://directpay.lctcb.org. This site allows you to schedule fee-free ACH payments ahead of time for installments as well as full payments.  

To utilize this option, please select “Pay Real Estate Bill” at the top of the screen, find your property by using your Bill Number, Parcel Number, or Owner’s Name, and schedule a payment in a few easy steps.  

You may also pay your real estate tax bill in person at the Lancaster County Tax Collection Bureau Real Estate Tax Office:

Or, you may also pay at any Fulton Bank branch.
