In 2021, a three-year, district-wide comprehensive plan was approved. The plan had four main areas of focus, one of which was to “expand opportunities that mutually benefit our students and the community.” That area of focus remained when the 2024-27 Comprehensive Plan was drafted and approved.

The District has taken several steps to expand partnership opportunities between the district and community organizations in an effort to prepare our CV students for their futures. The District has a robust internship program at the high school level; students have interned with organizations such as the Barnstormers and Universal Athletic Club. 

Staff at all grade levels in the district continue to work on seeking out new partnerships that benefit both the district and local organizations.
