Supportive Measures

Conestoga Valley School District’s priority is to provide a safe and supportive environment for students and employees. Students and employees who have experiences sexual harassment or discrimination are provided with non-punitive supportive measures regardless of whether they request an investigation.

Supportive measures are designed to restore or preserve equal access to Conestoga Valley School District’s educational programs and/or activities and to protect the safety of all parties or Conestoga Valley School District’s educational environment, or deter sexual harassment. Examples of supportive measures include, but are not limited to, counseling, extensions of deadlines or other course-related adjustments, modifications of work or class schedules, campus escort services, mutual restrictions on contact between the parties, and other similar measures.
