  • Mark Gensel - President

    Term Ends: 2027

    Mark Gensel is a Sales Director in the industrial packaging industry.  He has four children in the district, two in the high school and two at Fritz Elementary.
     
  • Philip Eby - Vice President

    Term Ends: 2027

    Philip Eby works in the agricultural equipment industry. He graduated from Lancaster Mennonite and Penn State. He and his wife, Laura, have three children enrolled in the district
     
  • Phil Benigno

    Term Ends: 2029

    Phil Benigno previously served four years on CV's School Board prior to being elected again in 2025. He and his wife currently have three children enrolled in the District with one son at the middle school and two sons at Brownstown. He is a HACC alumni. 
     
  • Dianna Capka

    Dianna Capka is a stay-at-home mother and photographer. She has a BA in Political Science and an MPA in Public Administration. 
     
  • Julie Fisher

     Julie Fisher is an Executive Assistant and Client Relationship Manager at her family-owned financial services firm. She holds a B.S. in Theater Education from Maranatha Baptist University. As a Brownstown resident and mother of three students in the district, Julie is deeply invested in the success and growth of our local schools.
     
  • Laura Givler

    Term Ends: 2029

    Laura Givler was born and raised in the CV school district and graduated from Lancaster County Christian School in 2003. She works fulltime in the hospitality industry as a Front Office Manager for a local Inn. In her spare time, she enjoys being outdoors, hiking, kayaking, photography, and exploring. She is also a very proud aunt!
     
  • Idette B. Groff

    Term Ends: 2027 

    A resident since 1975 and a board member since 1999, Idette Groff holds a bachelor’s degree in secondary education, language arts and social studies. She has two children who graduated from CV.
     

  • Dr. Diane Martin

    Term Ends: 2027

    Dr. Martin is currently a faculty member at Elizabethtown College in the Department of Occupational Therapy, where she lectures on the fundamentals of the occupational therapy process, and serves as an academic fieldwork coordinator and graduate research project mentor. She currently has a daughter at Smoketown Elementary. 
     

  • Kathleen Trowbridge

    A graduate of Prairie College (Bible & Education) in Alberta, Canada, Kathy came to this area in 1988 from Western NY where she founded and published a weekly community newspaper. She is retired from a career in hospice.
