ATTENTION ALL STUDENTS THAT ARE ALMOST 16 AND OLDER: Our Driver’s Education courses are currently having an open enrollment from now through Friday, January 27th. Please come to the main office for information on how to sign up!

 

ATTENTION PAINTING 2 STUDENTS FROM MARKING PERIOD 2: please stop by Mr. Myers' room to pick up your work that was on display.

 

ATTENTION ALL TSA STUDENTS if you are attending the regional conference tomorrow, please be here by 7:30 am in Mr. Thomas's room, 156.

 

TODAY’S SPORTS

 

Attention all students interested in spring track and field. There will be an important informational meeting on Wednesday, February 8th during flex period in Uyeda Gym. All interested should attend!

 

There is a player & parent meeting for Boys Lacrosse on February 1st from 6:30-7:30 in the high school cafeteria. If would like to join the boy's lacrosse team, please plan to attend this informational meeting along with a parent or guardian. Please see Schoology for Coach DiPiano’s email address if you have any questions or are unable to attend.

 

If you are interested in Unified Track and Field. Please stop by Miss Baker’s room (134) on Wednesday February 8th during flex for more information.

 

The spring sports season begins on March 6. If anybody is interested in the spring sports of boys tennis, track and field, boys volleyball, girls and boys lacrosse, baseball and softball, and has not heard from the coaches about open gyms and informational meetings, please contact the athletic department. 

 

The boys swim team defeated Manheim Central, 87 to 68. High scorers were Connor Ludwig and Daniel Ivancvhkov with 16 pts. They each won 2 events and were part of 2 winning relays.

 

The girls swim team lost a close one, 49 to 57. Top scorers were Ainslee Helsel and Nastia Ivanchikov with 13 pts. Ainslee swam the 500 free for the first time and won the event. Alyssa Hershey earned 10 pts for the team, her highest of the season. 

 

The bowling team won their second match in a row, defeating JP McCaskey, 7-0, improving their record to 6 and 5. High Bowlers for CV were Dan Subers and Ryan Muckle.

 

The wrestling team is away competing in the LL League Tournament. Varsity time is at 4:30pm, Dismissal is at 1:00pm.
