Wrestling Assistant Varsity Coach position involves assisting the head coach in the overall operation and success of the Wrestling program, which is a PIAA District III 3A program, participating in the Lancaster-Lebanon League.  Assistance is expected in developing and organizing practices, team management, scouting, and leading the team through a competitive season.  Previous playing and/or varsity high school coaching experience and experience working with student-athletes preferred.  The well qualified applicant will possess a strong knowledge of fundamental and advanced wrestling skills and strategies, team dynamics and a willingness to work within the goals of the CV Wrestling program.  The successful candidate will stress character and personal development both on and off the mat.  Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills required.
