CV Community –

Today, Friday, December 10, 2021, the Pennsylvania Supreme Court affirmed the Commonwealth Court’s decision regarding the Acting Secretary of Health’s “Masking Mandate.”

As noted in my email last week, what that means for us is that we will continue to follow our Health and Safety Plan.  “In the absence of an existing, valid and binding order, it is still acceptable for someone who wishes to wear a facial covering to do so.  Masks will be made available to those who request them.”  What that means on a practical level is that effective today, the wearing of face coverings in CV buildings will now be optional.  Wearing a face covering on busses is still required.

We will continue to focus on the importance of keeping our children in school and on providing meaningful educational experiences for each and every one of them every day.
